About Me

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Connecticut and California specializing in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) with over 20 years of experience in private practice.

I'm passionate about working with clients who feel stuck emotionally, behaviorally, or in their relationships, helping them address the deeper roots of their struggles using evidence-based approaches. My goal is to help individuals clear the blocks that prevent them from living more fulfilling, meaningful lives.

"I believe that the goal of therapy is to help my clients obtain the insight and coping skills they need to create full and satisfying lives. I am able to see a person’s potential, and use their innate strengths to help them rebuild their lives."

Individual Therapy

I offer virtual individual therapy for adults 18+ in Connecticut and California designed to support meaningful transformation. My therapeutic style is dynamic and change-oriented. I believe in your capacity to grow. I work with individuals who are ready to examine their lives, explore what’s holding them back, and move toward lasting change.

DBT Skills Group

I offer a weekly DBT Skills Group for women 18+ that meets virtually every Tuesday from 6pm-7:15 pm EST.

EMDR Case Consultation

Offering Individual and Group Case Consultation for EMDR practitioners who have completed their basic training and are working towards their EMDR certification.

Trauma Therapy

Every experience we’ve had shapes how we view the world, but when traumatic memories go unprocessed, they can distort our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Through trauma-focused therapy, especially EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), we can target the root causes, not just the symptoms.
