As a dynamic and change-oriented therapist, I bring a grounded confidence to the work we’ll do together. I believe that with the right support and tools, change is possible. Whether you're struggling with the aftermath of trauma, battling addictive behaviors, or simply feeling like something in your life isn't working, our work will focus on uncovering what you need to move forward.

In my sessions with clients, I integrate powerful, research-backed modalities to meet your needs:

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) – to help you develop practical skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and healthier relationships.

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) – to help resolve trauma and reduce the emotional impact of painful past experiences.

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) – to support healing by connecting with the different parts of yourself in a compassionate, nonjudgmental way.
