With over 20 years of experience working with trauma, I specialize in helping adults uncover and heal from the impact of these unprocessed experiences. Through trauma therapy, we work together to gently access and release the emotional wounds that continue to affect your present, so you can live with more freedom, clarity, and self-trust.
I integrate powerful, evidence-based modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) that support deep and lasting trauma recovery.
