DBT Skills Group
This group is open to women 18+ who are also in individual therapy. We cover all four Dialectical Behavior Therapy modules: Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness, and Distress Tolerance.

Our Weekly Virtual DBT Skills Group is a structured, therapist-led group designed to teach practical tools for managing emotions, reducing distress, and improving communication.

This group covers the four core DBT modules:

Mindfulness – Stay present and grounded in the moment

Distress Tolerance – Get through crisis without making things worse

Emotion Regulation – Understand and manage intense emotions

Interpersonal Effectiveness – Communicate more clearly and set healthy boundaries

Each session includes:

Guided skills teaching led by a licensed therapist

Group discussion and real-life application

Weekly handouts and home practice
-
A supportive, confidential, and nonjudgmental environment

The Details
Group meets virtually weekly on Tuesdays from 6pm-7:15pm EST​
$100 per group session​
Open to Connecticut and California residents
